Is Tanya Mat free?

Yes, the Free Plan gives you scam types, Train yourself, Quiz and Urgent help. Chat and Call Mat need the Paid Plan. Prices are shown in the app.

Can Mat tell me if a number belongs to a scammer?

Mat searches the web and the official alert lists of Bank Negara and the Securities Commission, and tells you what it checked. Mat has no phone number list of its own, so it also shows you how to check on Semak Mule.

Which languages does Mat understand?

Bahasa Melayu and English, whether you type or talk.

Does Mat replace the police or my bank?

No. Mat helps you understand and act fast. Official reports still go to 997, your bank and the police.

I have already transferred money. What should I do?

Call 997 and your bank straight away. The sooner you report, the better the chance the money can be blocked.
