Delete account

You can delete your Tanya Mat account at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your information.

In the app

  1. 1Open Tanya Mat and go to Profile.
  2. 2Tap Delete account at the very bottom.
  3. 3Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are logged out.

Cannot get into the app?

Email us from any address with the subject "Delete account" and your account phone number. We will check the number is yours before deleting it.

What is deleted

  • Your login and phone number.
  • Your nickname and language choice.
  • Your plan, remaining minutes and call records (time and length).
  • Your support complaints, Latih results and class reminders.
  • Stories you sent that are not yet published.

What stays

  • Stories already published, without your name, because you gave permission. You can ask us to take them down.
  • If you ever used free messages: a code made from your phone number (not the number itself), so they cannot be claimed again with a new account.

Your chats, screenshots and call audio are never stored by us in the first place.

Your subscription is not cancelled automatically

Deleting your account does not stop payments in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.
